At this stage we only sell mens underwear. However we do plan on introducing womens lines soon!
We offer the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard (credit cards & debit cards), American Express, and PayPal. Please note to ensure maximum security for our customers, we don’t store any credit card details on our website. All payments are processed by eway or Paypal.

No need to worry! Simply head to the forgotten password page for instructions on how to reset your password.
You will have the option to enter a discount code on the ‘Shopping Cart’ page, before you ‘Proceed to Checkout’. If you have a coupon code, make sure you apply it to your purchase before you head to the checkout, as this will be your last opportunity!
A lot of our coupon codes have terms and conditions, meaning that your order needs to fulfil requirements before the discount can be applied. Please read the fine print if your coupon code isn’t working.
ORDERS
We do our absolute best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours). All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse. delivery times vary depending on your area, If you have not received your order within 14 days please contact us at hello@neonfox.net.au
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your tracking via the Australia Post website.
