WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY PRODUCT?
Faulty products do not include items that have been worn, altered or washed.
Neon Fox Underwear Co. takes great care in ensuring the quality of our products and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you discover that your item has a fault, we are only too happy to arrange a replacement for you. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt date at returns@neonfox.net.au and we will gladly exchange the product for you. Please include a photo and description in your email. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returning the goods back to us.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE INCORRECT SIZE?
Due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept underwear that has been worn!
We recommend carefully measuring your dimensions and referring to our Neon Fox Underwear Co. size chart on the product page before purchasing your item. If you need help please contact us and we will be more than happy to recommend a size for you.
If we have accidentally sent you the wrong size (oops), please contact us within 14 days at returns@neonfox.net.au so we can send you a new pair straight away. Please include a photo of the size label. You will not be required to return the underwear to us.
